3. Cross Country
As long as a learner is medically fit, he or she must participate in ONE approved summer and ONE winter sport. Learners have to participate in an official school sport before a merit award in any sport on Provincial or National level will be considered.
Educational fees are determined by the Management Committee. It can be paid annually, quarterly or monthly (in 10 installments). Cheques should be made payable to P.W. Botha College.
Hostel fees are determined by the Management Committee. Hostel fees are paid quarterly on admittance to the hostel. Cheques should be made payable to the relevant hostel.
Parents are responsible for the acquisition of specialized equipment- as required. The following drawing equipment for the technology drawing course has to be purchased by the parents:
1. ONE pair adjustable compasses
2. ONE scale ruler – scales: 1:1/1:2/2:1/1:5/1:10/1:20
3. ONE 45° triangle
4. ONE 30°/60° triangle
5. Pencil: 0,3mm clutch pen (Pacer)
6. A3 or A4 drawing board (This drawing board is essential for homework)
Learners are liable for all lost or damaged school property or equipment.
The approved school uniform is prescribed by the Management Committee. (Further information on request)
